Our unique dry hopping method and spunding process reduces our carbon dioxide use and release, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions AND results in better beer (thicker foam and lower dissolved oxygen)! We save ~2,600 lbs of carbon dioxide per year through our brewery practices.
