We opened the doors to our humble brewery in North Lake Tahoe back in 2014 with a commitment to world-class beer, community-building, and good times for all! Today our public houses in Incline Village, NV and Truckee, CA are welcoming community hubs with a laid-back mountain vibe where happy people gather for fresh beer, tasty food, live music, and special events. Our award-winning beer selection always covers a wide range of styles and we’ve been voted “Best Brewery” by locals in Tahoe/Truckee 11 times.

We brew perfectly balanced beers for the adventurous people in the Lake Tahoe Basin, Truckee and Northern Nevada. We specialize in beers you can accidentally have three of, and still wake up and crush it tomorrow. We obsess over beer quality and continually refine each batch. Come sample our 16+ beers on draft at each of our Alibi pubs in Truckee and Incline Village and see what we mean. Oh, and did you know that all our beers are damn near gluten-free? Yep. Cheers!

Alibi Anonymous

We created Alibi Anonymous for our tribe. It’s our way of saying thank you to our loyal fans and growing a community of beer-lovers in the Tahoe/Truckee/Reno area. Members get sweet discounts on all things beer and merch (both in our pubs and online), invitations to member-only events with our brewers and owners, and input on member-only beers. (Pro Tip: if you drink more than 1.4 pints per week at Alibi pubs and are not a member yet, you are officially losing money!)

The People Have Spoken

AWESOME little brewpub. Fantastic place to hit up after skiing. I had what is maybe the best IPA I've ever had - crisp, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Hot wings are hot, pretzels are huge and mustache-shaped, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Really nifty vibe - absolutely worth a visit!

Best brewery anywhere around Lake Tahoe! I love all their beer, but especially the Porter, the IPA batches, the Contradiction Stout, the Strawberry Funkmobile, the Saison Nouveau, the Pale Ale, but seriously, everything is bomb here! Check it out!

This placed seemed very busy. But they are on top of everything. They are constantly cleaning which is nice to see. The food was amazing and the beers were on point. They make sure to make everyone feel at home!!!

Great hard working staff who is super friendly and inviting. Food was amazing and beer was fantastic as well, highly recommend!

Great outdoor seating, live music, friendly people. Dog friendly. Great spot to spend an afternoon with some good brews.

Stopped by Alibi after a snow hike on the recommendation of our guide. The nachos were so GOOD and I loved the Red Ale. Lot of seating, lots of restrooms, friendly staff, lots of beer options and great food! 5 stars all the way
