Flavor profile: Guava · Mango · Pineapple This tropical wheat beer is for our beloved local, Terry Barbery. Terry is a connoisseur of fruit-forward beers. When our beers aren’t fruit-forward enough for Terry, he brings in his own homemade fruit purees and blends up his own fruit beer concoction. Terry’s Tropical Temptation combines an easy drinking wheat beer with 1 pound per gallon of guava, mango and pineapple puree. All that wonderful fruit is allowed to ferment to a medium-dry finish, leaving the beer crisp, deeply juicy and endlessly drinkable.

Flavor profile: Toasted malt · Honey · Das Ist Gut! We brewed this Oktoberfest Lager (technically a Märzen) with 100% German ingredients, with malts sourced from Bamberg and hops sourced from Hallertau. This beer is truly made in the spirit of the German beer purity law, the Reinheitsgebot. Layers of toasted bread and malt and a touch of honey are nicely balanced with a kiss of floral hop character and a smooth, crisp finish thanks to extended cold conditioning. Prost!

Flavor profile: Tangerine · Grapefruit zest · Piña colada A crisp West Coast IPA brewed for Tahoe’s best-kept season. Talus, Comet, and Hallertau Blanc drive notes of ripe tangerine and grapefruit zest, finishing with subtle white grape and a splash of piña colada. A super-light malt backbone lets the hops shine.

Flavor profile: Mango · Ripe orange · Coconut Chance of Crowds started as a joke about how packed Tahoe/Truckee gets in the summer, but it has since become a recurring rotating hazy IPA that our locals really look forward to. Like it’s year-round cousin, Chance of Clouds, it stays focused on big hop character, a soft mouthfeel, and good balance. The featured hops are Citra, Azacca, and Sabro Cryo, giving it ripe orange, mango, and light coconut notes. It’s hop-saturated and expressive, but still very drinkable.

Get Rad! is our Alibi spin on the tradition: a bright, über-crushable lager elevated with juicy blood orange. At just 3.2% ABV, it’s light, citrusy, and ridiculously refreshing. Low ABV. Flavor profile: Ripe banana · Baking spice · Pillowy Hefeweizen is Germany’s OG patio pounder. This classic German wheat beer is driven by expressive yeast, giving notes of ripe banana and clove over a soft, bready wheat base. It’s naturally hazy, and finishes crisp and refreshing with very low hop bitterness. The result is an easy-drinking, highly expressive beer that balances fruity esters, subtle spice, and a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel.

Flavor profile: Fresh bread · Wildflowers · Lemon zest Inspired by the iconic pale lagers of the Czech Republic, this beer showcases the beauty of simplicity and restraint. We brewed it with heirloom Barke Pilsner malt and traditional Czech Saaz hops to create layers of fresh bread, wildflower, and delicate herbal character, finishing crisp yet soft on the palate. This beer was brewed to be served on our LUKR side-pull faucet, where a pillowy cap of foam transforms every pint into the proper Czech lager experience.

It’s the kind of beer that always hits the spot and never gets old [If you don’t like Negra Modelo… we might have to reconsider our friendship]. Flavor profile: Raisin · Poached pear · Belgian spice Saison translates to ‘season’ in Flemish. This style was originally brewed on farms in Wallonia, the French-speaking region of southern Belgium. Our Dark Saison is truly an Alibi original, taking inspiration from both traditional saisons and Belgian Abbey-style beers. It began as one of Kevin’s tried and true homebrew recipes and was one the four beers on tap the day Alibi opened. Its flavor nuances are endless and improve as the beer warms. Dark Saison has won more medals in competition than any other Alibi beer.
