This End-User License Agreement applies to the Alibi QuickBooks Connector, an internal software integration used by Alibi Ale Works to connect authorized QuickBooks Online data with internal reporting and analysis workflows.
The Alibi QuickBooks Connector is intended only for authorized Alibi Ale Works users and service providers acting on behalf of Alibi Ale Works. The app may be used to access QuickBooks Online accounting data for reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, and operational analysis.
Users may not use the app for unauthorized access, resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or any purpose outside approved Alibi Ale Works business operations.
Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time. The app is provided as an internal business tool without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
