The Best Draft Cocktails in Lake Tahoe Are Flowing at Alibi Incline: Fresh, Seasonal & Always on Tap
When you think of craft cocktails, you might picture a crowded bar, the sound of of ice clanking against a shaker, and a long wait for that perfect drink. But what if you could enjoy those same fresh, handcrafted flavors without the wait? That’s exactly what Tahoe Cocktails, the craft draft cocktail arm of Mixxology, is bringing to Alibi Ale Works in Incline Village.
The Story Behind the Tap
Founded in 2014, Mixxology has been shaking, stirring, and crafting premium cocktails for over a decade. Their approach is simple: fresh, high-quality ingredients, without simple syrups or artificial mixers—just the same careful build you’d expect from a cocktail in a glass, now flowing straight from the tap, exclusively starting at Alibi Incline (Alibi Ale Works Incline Public House).
Tahoe Cocktails was born from founder Maxx Grush‘s nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry and his passion for making craft cocktails accessible to everyone. By perfecting the draft cocktail process, Maxx has streamlined the experience so every pour is crisp, clean, and consistently delicious—thanks to sparkling-clean kegs, perfectly maintained lines, and seasonal recipes that keep things fresh.
What’s Pouring Right Now
At Alibi Ale Works – Incline Public House, you’ll always find four Tahoe Cocktails flowing, including:
